All versions of Dietplan7 have a 90 day warranty after purchase. Support, via phone, fax or email is free during this period. You will also receive any updates to the software that are released during that time.
You can optionally extend this cover by subscribing to an Annual Support and Update Service Agreement which, for an annual fee, will provide ongoing, unlimited support and all future updates to and new releases of the Dietplan software. If a subscription is included with your initial purchase, cover commences on expiry of the warranty - the renewal date is the first day of the next calendar month, 15 months after the original purchase.
The support service agreement for the Personal version only provides support to the licenced user. The Professional version covers an unlimited number of users.
